Cougar (Mountain Lion)

Felis concolor

Cougars are a uniform grayish-tan to redish-brown color with a long black-tipped tail. Their vibrissae (whiskers) are bordered with dark brown to black fur. Cougars can be between 4-8ft (1.2-2.5m) and weigh between 64-264lbs (29-120kg). Cubs have a soft, black spotter coats.
